Refund Policy

We strive to provide excellent service to our clients. If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us immediately to discuss your concerns. Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

If services have not been performed by the firm, and the client requests a refund, a full refund will be issued.

If services have been partially performed, refunds will be prorated based on the portion of services not yet provided.

Refunds will not be issued if services have been fully performed by the firm.

Please note that refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the initial transaction.

Service Delivery Policy:

Upon receipt of payment and necessary documentation from the client, our Accountant will commence the agreed-upon services promptly. We aim to deliver high-quality services in a timely manner.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate financial information and documentation necessary for the firm to perform the services effectively. Delays in providing required information may impact service delivery timelines.

Clients will be kept informed of the progress of their services, and any significant delays or issues will be communicated promptly.

Cancellation Policy:

Clients may cancel their engagement with Hess Financial Solutions LLC under the following conditions:

If the client wishes to cancel the engagement before services have commenced, a full refund will be issued if payment has been made.

If the client wishes to cancel the engagement after services have commenced, refunds will be issued based on the prorated amount of services not yet provided.

If the client fails to make payments as required by the agreement, the engagement may be terminated, and the client will be responsible for payment of services provided up to the termination date.

Clients must notify Hess Financial Solutions LLC in writing of their intent to cancel the engagement.

Please note that cancellation of the engagement may result in termination fees as outlined in the engagement letter.
