Fred and his team, which  includes Thomas and Patricia who work on my business, have been amazing at helping me organize my books and finances. They have also kept me accountable in making sure I submit the information they need to them when and as needed to maintain proper records and avoid any headaches in the future (something I experienced before with other firms.)As a small business owner it can be overwhelming to look at all the financial reports and try to understand what it means for me and my business. I can't recommend Freddy and his team at Hess Financial enough! I have had a rough go with CPA's handling both my business and personal taxes in the past, but these guys got me straightened out and made some recommendations to help with my business taxes in the future. A physician client of ours opened a MedSpa and Primary Care practice in TX and had come to us for a loan. The simple process of getting 3 year financials which typically takes about 1 week, took 5 months as the CPA for the physician had multiple heart attacks and was a 1 man operation. The delayed the loan process, frustrated the underwriters and frustrated our client. I reached out to Fred to see if he could completely redo 2022 Personal Tax Return and 2022 Business Tax returns for 2 companies, then reconcile 2023 PL/BS for both companies, then file 2023 Personal and Business Tax Returns and take on all of the bookkeeping and accounting for 2024 on. Fred stopped what he was doing, set up a call with the client and I, evaluated everything, sent a proposal and after the proposal was accepted and paid, his team moved forward, putting their head down to get everything rebuilt and reconciled. Within a relatively short period of time, all was fixed, the returns filed and January 2024's books completed. The file was submitted back to underwriting and withing days a Commitment was issued and closing scheduled. Without Hess Financial, our client would still be waiting for his CPAs return. Hess financial is amazing! They answer all questions in a timely matter, they are helpful, speedy fast when it comes to getting taxes done and filed, and professional always.
